KPBN Attends Finalization Discussion of PTPN Group's Commodity Marketing Board Regulation. Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) attended the Finalization Meeting for the PTPN Group Commodity Marketing Director's Regulation (Perdir) held by PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) through its Marketing and Sales Division. This activity took place at Graha Nusa Tiga Lt.4, Jalan Proklamasi No. 25, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (10/3).This meeting is a follow-up to a series of activities for formulating and refining the PTPN Group Commodity Marketing Director's Regulation, which was previously carried out on February 11–13, 2026. The activity involved various work units within the PTPN Group environment, including representatives from PTPN I, PTPN IV, and PT KPBN.On the first day, the discussion focused on the Palm Oil Commodity Marketing Director's Regulation. The discussion was conducted technically, involving relevant Subdiv Heads and Assistants from PTPN I and PTPN IV, as well as relevant Department Heads and Subdiv Heads from PT KPBN.Through this forum, participants harmonized various provisions in the commodity marketing regulations, to strengthen marketing governance within the PTPN Group environment. The discussion also aimed to ensure that commodity marketing mechanisms can run more effectively, transparently, and in an integrated manner.This Perdir finalization activity is scheduled to last for two days and will continue on Wednesday (11/3) with the agenda of discussing the Palm Oil, Rubber, and Tea Commodity Marketing Director's Regulation.

KPBN Convenes Inter-Entity Strategic Meeting to Bolster National Sugar Commodity Marketing Strategy. In order to strengthen the national sugar commodity marketing strategy, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) held a coordination meeting with PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara (SGN), and PT KPBN Niaga on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.This meeting was held as part of efforts to strengthen synergy among entities within the PTPN Group to formulate a more integrated, adaptive, and competitive sugar marketing strategy. The focus of the discussion included evaluating marketing performance from the previous period, domestic sugar market projections, distribution schemes, optimizing sales patterns, and follow-up steps to improve market absorption effectiveness.In the discussion, participants also emphasized the importance of policy alignment between the holding company, sugar sub-holding, and marketing entities to ensure transparent, accountable, and responsive trade governance to market dynamics. Strategies for strengthening market communication and managing price fluctuation risks were also important agendas in the discussion.Through this meeting, it is hoped that a joint commitment will be built to encourage sustainable optimization of sugar marketing, thereby supporting improved company performance while strengthening the role of PTPN Group in maintaining national sugar supply and price stability.

PT KPBN Enhances Governance Through 2026 PTPN Group Marketing Coordination Meeting. Yogyakarta — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) attended the PTPN Group Marketing Coordination Meeting (Rakor) organized by PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) on February 11–13, 2026, at LPP Garden Hotel and the Head Office of PT LPP Agro Nusantara, Yogyakarta.This activity aimed to strengthen coordination in the marketing sector and refine marketing governance within the PTPN Group. The Rakor was attended by the Marketing Team of PTPN III (Persero), PTPN I, PTPN IV, PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara (SGN), KPBN, PT Industri Nabati Lestari (INL), as well as supply chain and logistics elements.The agenda focused on the socialization and review of RACI for commodity and non-commodity products, as well as discussions on refining the Board of Directors' Regulations (Perdir) for Commodities and Retail Perdir through breakout room sessions. Discussions were intensive to ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms among entities in supporting the effectiveness and integration of marketing across all business lines.Entering the second day, discussions continued on the Perdir for Non-Main Commodities and Non-Commodity Products, the refinement of the Retail Perdir, and follow-up on the results of the Marketing Governance review by the Internal Audit Unit (SPI). This session became a strategic moment to strengthen aspects of compliance, transparency, and accountability in the marketing process, while ensuring the implementation of governance aligned with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).The series of activities concluded with the signing of a commitment to achieve marketing performance targets for 2026 as a form of joint agreement in realizing more integrated, productive, and competitive marketing performance.KPBN's participation in the PTPN Group Marketing Coordination Meeting 2026 is a manifestation of the company's commitment to supporting the refinement of marketing governance and strengthening synergy among entities to achieve sustainable performance targets and provide added value for the PTPN Group as a whole.
