KPBN Convenes Inter-Entity Strategic Meeting to Bolster National Sugar Commodity Marketing Strategy. In order to strengthen the national sugar commodity marketing strategy, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) held a coordination meeting with PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara (SGN), and PT KPBN Niaga on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.This meeting was held as part of efforts to strengthen synergy among entities within the PTPN Group to formulate a more integrated, adaptive, and competitive sugar marketing strategy. The focus of the discussion included evaluating marketing performance from the previous period, domestic sugar market projections, distribution schemes, optimizing sales patterns, and follow-up steps to improve market absorption effectiveness.In the discussion, participants also emphasized the importance of policy alignment between the holding company, sugar sub-holding, and marketing entities to ensure transparent, accountable, and responsive trade governance to market dynamics. Strategies for strengthening market communication and managing price fluctuation risks were also important agendas in the discussion.Through this meeting, it is hoped that a joint commitment will be built to encourage sustainable optimization of sugar marketing, thereby supporting improved company performance while strengthening the role of PTPN Group in maintaining national sugar supply and price stability.

Jakarta — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) held an activity on Strengthening the Characteristics of Nusantara EntrePlanters through Internalization and Implementation of 3ON3 within the company on Wednesday, February 26, 2026. This activity is part of the company's continuous efforts to build a superior work culture and strengthen adaptive, collaborative, and performance-oriented HR transformation.This program aims to internalize the values of Nusantara EntrePlanters as the character of plantation personnel who are entrepreneurial, professional, and highly competitive. PT KPBN Enhances Governance Through 2026 PTPN Group Marketing Coordination Meeting. Yogyakarta — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) attended the PTPN Group Marketing Coordination Meeting (Rakor) organized by PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) on February 11–13, 2026, at LPP Garden Hotel and the Head Office of PT LPP Agro Nusantara, Yogyakarta.This activity aimed to strengthen coordination in the marketing sector and refine marketing governance within the PTPN Group. The Rakor was attended by the Marketing Team of PTPN III (Persero), PTPN I, PTPN IV, PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara (SGN), KPBN, PT Industri Nabati Lestari (INL), as well as supply chain and logistics elements.The agenda focused on the socialization and review of RACI for commodity and non-commodity products, as well as discussions on refining the Board of Directors' Regulations (Perdir) for Commodities and Retail Perdir through breakout room sessions. Discussions were intensive to ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms among entities in supporting the effectiveness and integration of marketing across all business lines.Entering the second day, discussions continued on the Perdir for Non-Main Commodities and Non-Commodity Products, the refinement of the Retail Perdir, and follow-up on the results of the Marketing Governance review by the Internal Audit Unit (SPI). This session became a strategic moment to strengthen aspects of compliance, transparency, and accountability in the marketing process, while ensuring the implementation of governance aligned with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).The series of activities concluded with the signing of a commitment to achieve marketing performance targets for 2026 as a form of joint agreement in realizing more integrated, productive, and competitive marketing performance.KPBN's participation in the PTPN Group Marketing Coordination Meeting 2026 is a manifestation of the company's commitment to supporting the refinement of marketing governance and strengthening synergy among entities to achieve sustainable performance targets and provide added value for the PTPN Group as a whole.

This activity was held from Monday–Friday, February 2–6, 2026, and Monday–Wednesday, February 9–11, 2026, at the PTPN Regional Office 2 Auditorium and Bosscha Space PTPN I.PT KPBN's presence in this strategic forum was attended by Indaruwati Trivista Andarini as SEVP Business Support, Hanadi Eko Fitriadi as Head of Information Technology Sub-Section, and Surya Wijaya as Information Technology Assistant.PT KPBN's participation in this activity is part of the company's efforts to support the integrated alignment of Information Technology strategies, initiatives, and work programs for 2026 within the PTPN Group environment. Carrying the theme “Together We Strong: Deliver Beyond Workforce through Higher Productivity, Greater Cost Effectiveness, and Accelerated Speed in Achieving the ONE PTPN Big Dream”, this forum serves as a platform for collaboration and policy alignment within the PTPN Group environment.On the first day, the agenda focused on presenting policy directions and strategies for Human Capital & General Affair in supporting organizational transformation and achieving the HC RJPP 2026–2030 targets. PT KPBN Reaffirms Transformation Commitment Through RJPP Workshop and HC In Action. Deli Serdang — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) participated in the second day of the Human Capital & General Affair Summit 2026 organized by PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). The second day's activities were held offline with the main agenda of the RJPP General Affair Workshop and HC in Action.In the RJPP General Affair Workshop session, participants conducted strategic discussions related to the implementation of the Human Capital 2026–2030 Corporate Long-Term Plan (RJPP). The discussion focused on strengthening the role of General Affair in supporting operational effectiveness, cost efficiency, and productivity improvement as part of the PTPN Group's transformation.Subsequently, the activity continued with the HC in Action agenda through field visits to Tanjung Garbus, Rambutan Plantation & PKS Unit, and Sei Semayang Sugar Factory.
