PT KPBN Affirms Commitment to Strengthening Governance at PTPN Group Legal Summit 2026. Jakarta — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) participated in the PTPN Group Legal Summit 2026 held in Jakarta on Thursday - Friday / January 22 - 23, 2026. On this occasion, the presentation of the Subsidiary company was delivered directly by the Director of PT KPBN, Mr. M. Iswan Achir, focusing on the performance evaluation for 2025 and the work program and strategic targets for 2026.In his presentation, the Director of PT KPBN conveyed the progress in handling asset recovery and non-performing receivables (account receivable) originating from commodity trading activities since 2021. Until the end of 2025, PT KPBN continued to make various efforts to recover assets through regular collection, non-litigation cooperation with the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia (Jamdatun Kejaksaan Agung RI), as well as coordination with law enforcement officials and relevant ministries.In addition, PT KPBN also reported on the achievement of fixed asset recovery, particularly related to official residences in Medan, Belawan, and Dumai, including asset utilization optimization and the acceleration of asset certification and security processes. In 2025, the realization of asset recovery showed positive progress compared to the set targets.PT KPBN's participation in the PTPN Group Legal Summit 2026 demonstrates the company's commitment to supporting the strengthening of legal aspects, governance, and risk management within the PTPN Group.

Jakarta — PT KPBN once again held a Culture Booster activity as part of efforts to strengthen the 7 Pillars of Corporate Culture for all employees. This activity was held on Friday, January 30, 2026, at the Learning Corner Room of the Jakarta Head Office and was attended online by employees outside Jakarta via Zoom Meeting.This event carried the theme “Innovation Culture”, featuring Hanadi Eko Fitriadi, Head of the Information Technology (IT) Subdivision of PT KPBN, as a speaker in the sharing session.In his presentation, Hanadi Eko Fitriadi emphasized the importance of an innovation culture in facing dynamic business challenges, and encouraged employees to remain adaptive, collaborative, and open to utilizing technology in daily work processes. An innovation culture is considered one of the main keys to creating a competitive and sustainable organization.This Culture Booster activity is mandatory for all PT KPBN employees as a form of shared commitment to internalizing corporate culture values. Through this activity, it is hoped that all KPBN personnel can further understand and consistently implement work culture values in their respective work environments.PT KPBN continues to be committed to building a progressive, adaptive, and sustainable work culture, in line with the spirit of transformation and cultural strengthening within the PTPN Group.

PT KPBN Attends PTPN Group's 2026-2030 CSR Roadmap Drafting Workshop. Yogyakarta — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) participated in the Workshop for the Preparation of the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) Roadmap of PTPN Group for 2026–2030, organized by PTPN Group on January 14–15, 2026, at LPP Garden Hotel, Yogyakarta.This activity is part of PTPN Group's commitment to realize business sustainability through the implementation of TJSL that is planned, measurable, and aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. The workshop was conducted collaboratively as a forum for aligning perspectives among entities in developing the direction and strategy of TJSL for the next five years.In the workshop, participants followed a series of activities in the form of presentations of conceptual material related to SDGs, ESG, Creating Shared Value (CSV), Corporate Identity Development (CID), and ISO 26000, followed by group discussions to formulate priority TJSL programs that have a real impact on society and the environment.PT KPBN was represented by the ranks of the Corporate Secretariat, who actively contributed to the discussions and the formulation of the roadmap. This participation is expected to strengthen PT KPBN's role in supporting the implementation of TJSL in alignment with PTPN Group's sustainable business strategy.Through this activity, it is hoped that the PTPN Group TJSL Roadmap 2026–2030 can serve as a strategic guide for implementing TJSL programs that are not only oriented towards economic performance but also provide sustainable social and environmental added value.
