PT KPBN Attends PTPN Group's 2026 IT Focus Group Discussion, Strengthening Digital Transformation Commitment. PT KPBN Participates in PTPN Group 2026 Information Technology FGD, Reinforces Digital Transformation CommitmentPT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) participated in the PTPN Group 2026 Information Technology Focus Group Discussion (FGD) organized by PTPN Holding through the Digital Transformation Division. This activity was held from Monday–Friday, February 2–6, 2026, and Monday–Wednesday, February 9–11, 2026, at the PTPN Regional Office 2 Auditorium and Bosscha Space PTPN I.PT KPBN's presence in this strategic forum was attended by Indaruwati Trivista Andarini as SEVP Business Support, Hanadi Eko Fitriadi as Head of Information Technology Sub-Section, and Surya Wijaya as Information Technology Assistant.PT KPBN's participation in this activity is part of the company's efforts to support the integrated alignment of Information Technology strategies, initiatives, and work programs for 2026 within the PTPN Group environment. This is in line with efforts to address company performance challenges and targets, and to support the achievement of the Information Technology Strategic Plan (RSTI) and the grand vision of PTPN Big Dream.This Information Technology FGD serves as a strategic forum to harmonize perceptions, strengthen coordination, and formulate concrete steps in the implementation of the 2026 IT work program across all entities of the Perkebunan Nusantara Group. Through constructive and collaborative discussions, all participants agreed on a shared commitment to implementing digitalization programs and initiatives in a focused and integrated manner.The work areas and use cases that are the focus of discussion include IT Infrastructure and Services, IT Service Management, IT Governance, IT Services Catalog, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture (EA), as well as RKAP, Work Programs, and IT Management Reports.Through active participation in this activity, PT KPBN demonstrates its commitment to supporting the digital transformation of PTPN Group, and ensuring the company's readiness to implement the 2026 work programs and digitalization initiatives in alignment with corporate direction and strategy.Going forward, the formulation of the 2026 Information Technology Digitalization Work Programs and Initiatives, both at the Holding, Subholding, and Subsidiary levels, will be implemented consistently with regular monitoring and evaluation support to ensure optimal target achievement.PT KPBN's participation in this FGD is expected to further strengthen synergy and collaboration among entities within the PTPN Group, and to make digital transformation one of the main pillars in driving sustainable and competitive company performance improvements.

Medan — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) attended the Human Capital & General Affair Summit 2026 organized by PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) at the Multipurpose Building of PT LPP Agro Nusantara, Medan, on 9 – 10 February 2026.This activity is part of the PTPN Group's strategic agenda to strengthen the role of Human Capital and General Affair as strategic functions supporting business transformation and improving company performance. Carrying the theme “Together We Strong: Deliver Beyond Workforce through Higher Productivity, Greater Cost Effectiveness, and Accelerated Speed in Achieving the ONE PTPN Big Dream”, this forum serves as a platform for collaboration and policy alignment within the PTPN Group environment.On the first day, the agenda focused on presenting policy directions and strategies for Human Capital & General Affair in supporting organizational transformation and achieving the HC RJPP 2026–2030 targets. This forum also emphasized the importance of the role of Human Capital & General Affair as a Strategic Enabler and Value Creation Orchestrator in driving higher productivity, cost efficiency, and acceleration of business processes.As part of these activities, an integrated Human Capital Management Platform, which includes the ATMS, IHCMIS, and AGRONOW systems, was soft-launched. The implementation of this platform is expected to improve the effectiveness of comprehensive and integrated human resource governance across all PTPN Group entities.PT KPBN's participation on the first day of the HC & GA Summit 2026 is a manifestation of the company's commitment to supporting the strengthening of an adaptive, professional, and value-added oriented Human Capital role, in line with the grand vision of ONE PTPN Big Dream.

PT KPBN Reaffirms Transformation Commitment Through RJPP Workshop and HC In Action. Deli Serdang — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) participated in the second day of the Human Capital & General Affair Summit 2026 organized by PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). The second day's activities were held offline with the main agenda of the RJPP General Affair Workshop and HC in Action.In the RJPP General Affair Workshop session, participants conducted strategic discussions related to the implementation of the Human Capital 2026–2030 Corporate Long-Term Plan (RJPP). The discussion focused on strengthening the role of General Affair in supporting operational effectiveness, cost efficiency, and productivity improvement as part of the PTPN Group's transformation.Subsequently, the activity continued with the HC in Action agenda through field visits to Tanjung Garbus, Rambutan Plantation & PKS Unit, and Sei Semayang Sugar Factory. Fostering Synergy and Unity: PT KPBN Hosts Munggahan 1447 H. Jakarta – PT KPBN held a Munggahan and Joint Lunch event attended by all employees of PT KPBN, located in the Main Office Hall of PT KPBN Jakarta on Thursday, February 12, 2026. This event was held to welcome the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan 1447 Hijri, which will begin next week.The Munggahan event became a moment of togetherness for all PT KPBN personnel to gather, strengthen ties, and reinforce a sense of family in the workplace. Through the joint lunch, an atmosphere of camaraderie and togetherness felt warm, reflecting the values of unity and solidarity consistently upheld by the company.In addition to being a tradition to welcome Ramadan, this activity also serves as a means of reflection for all employees to prepare themselves, both physically and spiritually, ahead of performing worship in the holy month. This webinar aims to provide practical understanding of the use of the Python programming language in improving work efficiency, especially through task automation and interactive data visualization.GO-DIGI Series 6 Webinar presented Subardi Wansyah, Information Technology Assistant, as the speaker.
