Pre-Workshop on Addressing Internal and External Audit Findings for PTPN Group

Jakarta, June 3–5, 2026 – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) hosted the Pre-Workshop for the Follow-up on Internal and External Audit Recommendations, initiated by PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) as the Nusantara Plantation Holding.

This hybrid event was attended by representatives from the Internal Audit Unit (SPI) and related work units from various PTPN Group entities. The pre-workshop was held as a follow-up to the results of the Monitoring and Evaluation of Follow-up to Internal and External Audit Findings, aimed at accelerating the resolution of audit recommendations.

During the three-day event, participants discussed the follow-up to the findings of the Holding's SPI Audit, the results of the investment and marketing governance review, and the audit results from BPK RI. This activity served as a means of coordination and consolidation among entities to identify obstacles, align follow-up responsibilities, and formulate steps to accelerate the completion of audit recommendations.

Through this activity, it is hoped that the follow-up on internal and external audit recommendations can be carried out more effectively, thereby supporting the strengthening of corporate governance, improvement of internal control systems, and the creation of sustainable value for the PTPN Group.
