PT KPBN's Commitment to Clean Governance: ISO 37001:2025 and ISO 19011:2018 Training. Jakarta – In order to support the implementation of integrated corporate governance and prepare for the ISO 37001:2025 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) certification process, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) organized ISO 37001:2025 Training, attended by the PT KPBN ABMS Team according to the ABMS Team Decree.The training covered two main topics: ISO 37001:2025 on Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) and ISO 19011:2018 on Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems. Through this training, participants gained an understanding of the principles of bribery prevention, the implementation of effective management systems, and the conduct of internal audits according to international standards.This activity is part of the company's efforts to enhance the competence of the ABMS Team and ensure the readiness of all work units in supporting the ISO 37001:2025 certification process. In addition to strengthening understanding of standard requirements, the training is also expected to build a culture of integrity, transparency, and compliance throughout all organizational levels.Through the organization of this training, PT KPBN reaffirms its commitment to continuously implement good corporate governance practices and create a workplace free from bribery practices. Active support from all departments is expected to be the foundation for realizing an effective and sustainable Anti-Bribery Management System implementation.

PT KPBN & Perum Perhutani Socialize Trial E-Tender for Gum Rosin, Turpentine, and Derivatives. Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) together with Perum Perhutani held a Trial E-Tender (Auction) Socialization activity for buyers of forest products, including gum rosin (gondorukem), turpentine, and derivative products, on Thursday (16/7).This activity is part of the two companies' efforts to promote the digital transformation of forest product commodity trading processes through a more transparent, efficient, and competitive electronic auction (e-tender) mechanism. This e-tender trial was attended by prospective buyers from both domestic and international markets as an initial step in implementing a digital-based auction system.In the socialization, participants gained an understanding of the auction implementation mechanism through the KPBN Portal using the Closed Bidding method, starting from the account registration process, company administrative requirements, deposit of guarantee money, to the procedure for participating in the electronic bidding process.Through this system, the auction process is carried out digitally through the KPBN Portal, while product purchase transactions are still conducted through the TokoPerhutani platform. The implementation of e-tender is expected to provide easy access for business actors, increase transparency in the procurement process, and expand the market reach of Indonesian forest products.Commodities marketed through this e-tender mechanism include gum rosin (gondorukem), turpentine, and various derivative products which have long been in demand from domestic industries and export markets.Through this collaboration, PT KPBN and Perum Perhutani are committed to presenting a modern, accountable commodity trading system that can enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian forest products in the global market.

Jakarta – Perum Perhutani and PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) regarding the Implementation of Auctions (Tenders) for Perhutani's Non-Timber Forest Product (NTFP) Industry Products. The signing of the cooperation was held on Monday (13/7) at Perum Perhutani Office, Jakarta.This cooperation signing is a strategic step for both parties in strengthening the marketing governance of non-timber forest industry products through a transparent, competitive, and accountable auction mechanism.Through this cooperation, PT KPBN will support the organization of auctions for Perhutani's non-timber forest industry products by prioritizing principles of transparency, efficiency, and good corporate governance.
