Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) participated in a series of events commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia held at Agro Plaza Jakarta, Sunday (August 17).

The activities began with a solemn and spirited flag ceremony. The ceremony was attended by various corporate entities, including PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), PT Perkebunan Nusantara I, PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV, PT KPBN, Jasa Tania, and Dana Pensiun Perkebunan (DAPENBUN).

As part of the series of commemorations, the winners of the pre-event competitions for the 80th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia were also announced. PT KPBN achieved proud accomplishments by winning:

• 1st Place in Women's Basketball Competition
• 2nd Place in Billiards Competition
• 3rd Place in Tennis Competition

The winners received medals and prizes as a form of appreciation for the hard work, sportsmanship, and cohesiveness shown in the competition.

The Director of PT KPBN expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm and dedication of all company employees who participated in the competitions and ceremonies. `This momentum of the 80th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence is an important reminder for all of us to continue to emulate the values of struggle, maintain togetherness, and make a real contribution to the nation through performance and achievement,` he said.

Jakarta - PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) participated in the ceremony commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia, which was held at Agro Plaza Jakarta on Sunday (August 17).

The ceremony was solemn, with participants from various company entities, namely PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), PT Perkebunan Nusantara I, PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV, PT KPBN, Jasa Tania, and the Plantation Pension Fund (DAPENBUN). All participants wore batik and woven tops, as a form of pride in the nation's cultural identity. Also present were the Boards of Directors from each entity, who set an example and strengthened the spirit of nationalism within the company environment.

The series of activities became even more lively after the ceremony with the holding of Fun Games between company entities, which was enthusiastically followed by all participants. The event was also combined with the Launching of the PTPN Carbon Hub as a manifestation of the PTPN Group's commitment to environmental sustainability, and the Launching of Vending Machines as a service innovation in the Agro Plaza environment.

In addition, the winners of the pre-event competition that had been held previously were announced, adding to the spirit of togetherness between entities. The atmosphere of the RI Anniversary celebration was enlivened by a Band Performance and closed with the distribution of door prizes for lucky participants.

PT KPBN's participation in the commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence is concrete proof of the company's support in strengthening synergy between PTPN Group entities, fostering a spirit of togetherness, and maintaining a commitment to continue contributing to the nation and state.

. In an effort to support the Employee Wellbeing Program, particularly in the aspect of health, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) is holding a health socialization activity entitled `Recognize the Symptoms, Prevent Early: Fight Cancer with Education`. This activity will be held in a hybrid format on Friday, August 1, 2025, from 09.00 WIB until completion.

For participants in the Jakarta area, the activity will take place in the Hall Room on the 4th Floor, PT KPBN Head Office, while participants outside the Jakarta area can participate in the activity through the Zoom Meeting platform.

This activity will feature speakers from the Indonesian Cancer Institution, with the aim of increasing the awareness and understanding of all KPBN personnel regarding the importance of early detection and prevention of cancer.

PT KPBN hopes that through this activity, all employees can be more concerned about personal health and the work environment, so as to create a healthier, more productive, and sustainable working atmosphere.

. PT KPBN participated in the Nusantara Plantation Group Open House with Bina Nusantara University (BINUS University) held on Monday, July 28, 2025. This activity is part of a strategic effort to introduce the world of work within the PTPN Group to students as potential workforce, while also strengthening the synergy between the industry and higher education.

In the activity, PT KPBN presented Ardita Sukma Perdana, Head of the Business Development Sub-Division, as a company representative. In the introduction session, Ardita explained that PT KPBN is a strategic entity under the Nusantara Plantation Holding which has an important role in marketing plantation commodities, both for the domestic and export markets.

In addition to presenting the company's business profile and innovations that have been developed, Ardita also conveyed career opportunities that are widely open to university graduates, especially for those who have the enthusiasm to contribute to the development of the agribusiness sector and the digitalization of commodity trading. He emphasized that the regeneration of superior and high-integrity human resources is key to the sustainability of the plantation industry in the future.

IKBI KPBN HOLDS ONLINE WORKSHOP 
. In order to increase the confidence and professionalism of women within PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN), the KPBN Wives' Association (IKBI) has held an online workshop with the theme `Personal Grooming and Ethics in Organization.` This activity was carried out on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 09.00 WIB via the Zoom platform. The workshop featured speaker Endah P. Handayani, S.E., M.H., who shared insights about the importance of good appearance and ethics in organization, especially for women who are active in the workplace and social activities.

This workshop was open to all IKBI Board Members, IKBI Members, and female employees of PT KPBN. With the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that participants can gain practical knowledge to build a positive self-image, appear more confident, and apply good organizational ethics in everyday life. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) is participating in the 3rd Technology and Talent Palm Oil Mill Indonesia (TPOMI) event, which will take place from July 8–10, 2025 in Bandung. This activity is a strategic forum for oil palm industry players, technology providers, academics, and policymakers to strengthen cross-sector collaboration in promoting more modern and sustainable palm oil industry management.
