Belawan — In order to close out 2025 and welcome the new year with a positive spirit, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) organized a Culture Booster activity as a means of strengthening company values and culture for all employees.

The Culture Booster activity was held on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, from 08:30–09:00 WIB, at the Belawan Unit Hall and was attended by employees of PT KPBN Belawan Unit. This event served as a moment of reflection as well as a refresh of the work culture on the last day of 2025.

Culture Booster came with an interactive and enthusiastic concept, inviting all employees to re-examine and internalize the 7 Pillars of Company Culture. Through this activity, it is hoped that company cultural values can continue to be consistently applied in every daily work activity.

Through the implementation of this Culture Booster, PT KPBN affirms its commitment to continuously build a strong, positive, and sustainable work culture. This activity is expected to provide a boost of spirit for all employees in facing 2026 with optimism and better performance.
