PT KPBN & Perum Perhutani Socialize Trial E-Tender for Gum Rosin, Turpentine, and Derivatives

Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) together with Perum Perhutani held a Trial E-Tender (Auction) Socialization activity for buyers of forest products, including gum rosin (gondorukem), turpentine, and derivative products, on Thursday (16/7).

This activity is part of the two companies' efforts to promote the digital transformation of forest product commodity trading processes through a more transparent, efficient, and competitive electronic auction (e-tender) mechanism. This e-tender trial was attended by prospective buyers from both domestic and international markets as an initial step in implementing a digital-based auction system.

In the socialization, participants gained an understanding of the auction implementation mechanism through the KPBN Portal using the Closed Bidding method, starting from the account registration process, company administrative requirements, deposit of guarantee money, to the procedure for participating in the electronic bidding process.

Through this system, the auction process is carried out digitally through the KPBN Portal, while product purchase transactions are still conducted through the TokoPerhutani platform. The implementation of e-tender is expected to provide easy access for business actors, increase transparency in the procurement process, and expand the market reach of Indonesian forest products.

Commodities marketed through this e-tender mechanism include gum rosin (gondorukem), turpentine, and various derivative products which have long been in demand from domestic industries and export markets.

Through this collaboration, PT KPBN and Perum Perhutani are committed to presenting a modern, accountable commodity trading system that can enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian forest products in the global market.
