Passenger flights have been officially closed, so passengers will no longer be able to travel.  Scheduled and unscheduled passenger flights will be temporarily suspended for the period April 24 to June 1, 2020.This is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 25 of 2020 concerning Transportation Control during the 1441 H Eid al-Fitr Homecoming Season in order to Prevent the Spread of Covid-19. VP of Corporate Communication of PT Angkasa Pura II, Yado Yarismano, said that the company has four operational pattern options that can be adjusted according to existing conditions. `PT Angkasa Pura II is coordinating with the Ministry of Transportation regarding the implementation guidelines and technical instructions related to the Minister of Transportation Regulation, which we will then adjust to the operational patterns at all airports,` explained Yado in a written statement on Friday (24/4/2020). `Of course, the airport will continue to operate to serve cargo flights and a number of special flights,` he said.Angkasa Pura II currently manages 19 airports, namely Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Tangerang), Halim Perdanakusuma Airport (Jakarta), Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport (Palembang), Kualanamu International Airport (Deli Serdang), Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport (Pekanbaru), and Silangit Airport (North Tapanuli). Also, Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport (Tanjung Pinang), Supadio Airport (Pontianak), Banyuwangi Airport, and Radin Inten II Airport (Lampung). Then there are Husein Sastranegara Airport (Bandung), Depati Amir Airport (Pangkalpinang), Sultan Thaha Airport (Jambi), HAS Hanandjoeddin Airport (Belitung), Tjilik Riwut Airport (Palangkaraya), and West Java International Airport (Majalengka). Effective Today, Here Are the Facts About the Eid Homecoming Ban. This is the government’s provision regarding the ban on homecoming trips for the 2020 Eid holiday. The rules will be applicable to land transportation, and are planned to be implemented until 31 May 2020.The rules specifically for land transportation are planned to be implemented until 31 May 2020.The provisions for the ban on homecoming trips are based on Ministerial Regulation No. 25 of 2020 regarding Transportation Control during the 1441 H Eid-Al Fitr Holiday Season within the context of Covid-19 transmission prevention. Below are some facts regarding the ban on homecoming trips that were compiled by Kompas.com.
1. Toll roads will not be closed
Spokesperson for the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) Adita Irawati confirmed that neither toll roads nor non-toll roads will be closed. This is to ensure the smooth flow of logistics between regions. “We need to emphasize that there will be no closure of either national highways or toll roads,” said Adita. Furthermore, Adita explained that her party, together with the Police, will be enforcing closures at various locations by establishing checkpoints, in order to prevent people from insisting on going on homecoming trips outside of or into red zones. Meanwhile, Director General of Land Transportation for the Ministry of Transportation Budi Setiyadi said that closures are already in place on various national highways. He stated with confidence that the police are also guarding alternative routes or back roads. “We have established these checkpoints in stages. We have placed them on toll roads, provincial roads, and even back roads at the district level. We therefore ask that the public abandon their plans for homecoming trips,” said Budi. 
2. Jakarta-Cikampek elevated toll closed
Even though it was announced that toll roads would not be closed, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk has decided to close the Jakarta-Cikampek elevated toll segment starting at 00.00 WIB (Western Indonesian Time) today. Corporate Communication & Community Development Group Head of Jasa Marga Dwimawan Heru stated that this decision is in response to the Police’s request to close the toll segment that is intended for Class I and Class II vehicles.
`Meanwhile, the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road (lower level) will remain operational, but with a number of closures in place,` said Heru. Jasa Marga will also be using VMS (variable message signs) located on the Jabotabek Toll Road, as well as on its social media accounts, to provide information to the public regarding the closure of Jakarta-Cikampek Elevated Toll Road. Heru further stated that Jasa Marga is ready to support the Ministry of Transportation and the Police in implementing the closures at locations on toll roads operated by Jasa Marga. This measure is being taken to ensure that the vehicles that pass through are in accordance with the provisions set forth by the government.3. Requested to turn around
Spokesperson for the Ministry of Transportation Adita Irawati stated that, effective at 00.00 WIB on April 24, 2020, people who insist on pursuing homecoming trips will be asked to return to their point of origin. “In the initial stages of implementation, the government will prioritize persuasive strategies, where in the first phase, from April 24th to May 7th, violators will be directed back to the origin from which they traveled,” she said.
Thereafter, beginning May 7, 2020, the government will impose full penalties and fines on people who still attempt to make homecoming trips. “Until such time as the regulation expires, violators will not only be required to return to the origin of their trip, they will also be subject to penalties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as fines,” said Adita.
4. Potential fines of up to Rp100 million
Technical Staff to the Minister of Transportation for Law and Bureaucratic Reform, Umar Arif, said that in its implementation in the field, officers manning the checkpoints will refer to Law Number 6 of 2018 regarding Health Quarantine. As such, the penalties applied to people who insist on making homecoming trips after May 7, 2020 will refer to that regulation.
`Since this refers to the law on quarantine, the potential penalty mentioned is a fine of Rp100 million and a prison term of 1 year. That is the potential penalty. The specific implementation has already been detailed. In the Next Week the Price of Oil Palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) in Riau Increase by Rp1,863.38/Kg. `There is an increase in price reaching 0.57 percent from last week's price. Thus the purchase price of palm oil fruits for the next week is Rp1.868,83 per kg,` said the Head of (Kabid) Processing and Marketing, Plantation Office (Disbun) of Riau province, Defris Hatmaja in Pekanbaru, Tuesday (14/4/2020) quoted from Goria.

He explained that the increase in the price of FFB this period is due to an increase in the selling price of CPO and kernel from almost all data source companies.

`It was recorded that only CPO selling prices from Sinarmas Group have decreased,` he said. 
 
Which, for CPO selling prices, PTPN V has increased by Rp4.00 per kg, Sinar Mas Group has decreased in price by Rp55.00 per kg, Astra Agro Lestari Group has increased in price by Rp61.00 per kg, Asian Agri Group has increased in the price of Rp22.83 per kg, and PT Citra Riau Sarana has increased by Rp12.10 per kg from last week's price.

As for kernel selling prices, Astra Agro Lestari Group has increased by Rp88.18 per kg, Asian Agri Group has increased in price by Rp169.00 per kg, and PT Citra Riau Sarana has decreased by Rp261.32 per kg from last week's price.

Approved by Minister of Health, Jakarta PSBB Starts Tuesday, April 7th 2020. `It (has been signed). I believe DKI was the first to submit their application. It was signed last night,” said the Head of Public Opinion and Media Division of the Health Ministry, Busroni, to journalists, Tuesday (April 7, 2020). The approval was followed up with the issuance of Decree of the Indonesian Health Minister No. HK.01.07/MENKES/239/2020 on the Imposition of PSBB in DKI Jakarta Province to Accelerate the Handling of Covid-19.The Ministerial Decree was enacted in Jakarta on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. `This Ministerial Decree shall come into force on the date of its enactment,` reads the fourth dictum in the Ministerial Decree. This means that PSBB to accelerate the handling of the coronavirus outbreak in DKI Jakarta will take effect on this Tuesday. Based on a copy of the Ministerial Decree received by Kompas.com, the decree consists of four dictums. The first dictum reads, `To impose PSBB in DKI Jakarta Province in order to accelerate the handling of Covid-19`.The second dictum reads, `The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta shall implement large-scale social restrictions as referred to in the first dictum in accordance with the provisions of the prevailing laws and shall consistently encourage and disseminate healthy and clean living practices to the public`. Meanwhile, the third dictum reads, `PSBB as referred to in the second dictum shall be implemented during the longest incubation period and may be extended should there be evidence of the continuation of the transmission`.Previously, Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan proposed the status of PSBB for Jakarta on Thursday (April 2, 2020). The proposal complies with the provisions of Government Regulation (PP) No. 21 of 2020 on PSBB to Accelerate the Handling of Covid-19. Anies proposed the PSBB status because Jakarta is the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak. The number of Covid-19 cases in the capital city continues to increase.
In DKI Jakarta alone, as of Monday, April 6, 2020, the number of positive Covid-19 patients has reached 1,268. The number has increased by 125 from the previous day. Of the total number above, 67 patients have recovered, 284 are self-isolating, 791 are still receiving intensive care, and 126 have died.
