Entering Its 12th Year, KPBN Inacom Holds a Thanksgiving Event. Attended by the Commissioners, Directors, SEVPs, Directors of Subsidiaries, GMs, and KPBN Inacom staff while observing strict health protocols, this event was held under the theme `Toward Sustainable and Profitable Growth.`In his address, the Director of KPBN stated, `The company was established and legalized on November 16, 2009. At this auspicious occasion, we will all commemorate the 12th Anniversary of PT KPBN. We hope that in its 12th year, KPBN can together fix what is wrong, prepare what is happening now, and be even more successful in the future,` Rahmanto said in his speech.He also stated, `We will need hard work, persistence, and good cooperation from all parties, from superiors to all staff members. As such, to achieve shared success, let us guard the quality of our work, good relationships, and discipline, transparency, and unity for all of us.`
`I would like to say happy 12th birthday to KPBN Inacom and congratulations to all staff members. May KPBN Inacom continue to develop and be even better in the future,` said Abdullah, the Main Commissioner of KPBN Inacom, in his speech.On the same day, as part of the series of activities for the anniversary, KPBN Inacom announced the winners and awarded prizes to the winners of the competition for the trading room door signboard carrying the theme Pasar Nusantara and the KPBN Inacom 12th Anniversary Logo competition.Cutting the tumpeng and the cake became the peak of the events for the 12th Anniversary of KPBN Inacom. During the tumpeng cutting ceremony, the Director of KPBN directly gave the tumpeng to the Commissioner of KPBN, and the SEVP of Business Support cut the cake for the oldest staff member while the SEVP of Operations cut the cake for the youngest staff member. The event was closed with a group photo and ramah tamah.

KPBN Inacom Trading Room Inauguration with the theme of Pasar Nusantara. The inauguration was done symbolically by the Marketing Director of Holding, Dwi Sutoro, who was accompanied by the Board of Management of PT KPBN by cutting the flower ribbon, signing the inscription, and approving the trading room of Pasar Nusantara. On this occasion, the Marketing Director of Holding and the Director of PT KPBN unveiled the trading room sign in front of all PT KPBN Inacom employees.In his speech, Dwi as the Marketing Director of Holding said that with the inauguration and naming of Pasar Nusantara, PT KPBN is expected to maximize the trading room with the facilities that have been provided to support the trading team's jobs, be more enthusiastic, focus on the company's goals, and together make significant changes at PT KPBN Inacom.The operational room located on the 1st floor of the PT KPBN Jakarta head office is equipped with various observation and monitoring equipment, processing, and analysis of commodity trading market prices.The event was continued with a presentation from the Board of Management of PT KPBN regarding the operations that took place in the trading room and discussions and directions from the Marketing Director of Holding for PT KPBN Inacom.The event continued with the cutting of the cone by the Director of PT KPBN Inacom accompanied by the SEVP Business Support and SEVP Operation witnessed by all KPBN employees, which was submitted to the Marketing Director of Holding PTPN III. Town Hall Meeting of PTPN Holding and PT KPBN. The Town Hall Meeting commenced with the singing of Indonesia Raya, followed by opening speech and presentation from Director of PT KPBN Inacom, namely Rahmanto Amin Jatmiko (Koko). In his opening speech, the Director of PT KPBN Inacom delivered the company performance of PT KPBN Inacom in 2020 up to present. In running its operation, PT KPBN Inacom needs to improve its performance in several aspects. In addition, he presented several strategies, namely by selecting transactions & business partners within the project scope and by carefully executing them with good corporate governance."In this regard, the support and collaboration from the Stockholders of Holding PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) and PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII (as the stockholders), the Commissioners, the Board of Management, and the staff of PT KPBN is vital for the company to move forward as one to achieve its goals," the Director of PT KPBN asserted.Koko emphasized that "positive contribution is essential in a company. He advised the participants to work with their minds, hands, and hearts, to make improvement, increase efficiency, and apply AKHLAK in every task."Subsequently, Dwi Sutoro, who serves as the Marketing Director of Holding PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), presented his insights and directives. He stated that PT KPBN is expected to achieve positive results in 2022 by way of trading commodity business, and that the synergy between PT KPBN and Holding PTPN III will facilitate the transformation of commodity trading in the future.In addition to delivering directives to PT KPBN, the Marketing Director of Holding PTPN III will also officiate the trading room at the Head Office of PT KPBN Inacom.
