All employees and families of PT KPBN Dumai Unit were present at this event, enthusiastically participating from the beginning to the end of the event.This year's Family Gathering had the theme `Harmony and Togetherness for Better KPBM`, which aimed to strengthen togetherness and build harmony among all employees. On November 18-19, 2024, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara in collaboration with PT Traineed Indonesia and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia proudly held an In-House Training (IHT) on Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and its Derivatives Export Management.This two-day training was held in a hybrid format: offline at the Learning Corner for participants in the Jakarta area, and online for participants outside Jakarta.The valuable materials were delivered by experts in their fields:- Mr. Sri Bimo Adhi and Mr. Lutfi Adi Prihastomo from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia- Mr. Sutomo, SS., MM., CPPP, CPCM, CLSLP, MPM, a professional trainer and consultant with extensive experience in the export-import sector.This IHT aims to enhance the knowledge of employees related to export transactions, regulations, marketing strategies, negotiation techniques, and supply chain management, while supporting the development of competencies to support the business success of the company.We hope that this training will provide great benefits to all participants.
