Training & Workshop on Crafting Hard Competency Dictionary and Job Competency Profile. This activity is held as part of an effort from PT KPBN to build an effective talent management system. The training and workshops are a strategic step to strengthen the company's HR infrastructure in facing the increasingly competitive industry dynamics.The main speakers in this event are the experts from LPP Agro Nusantara who bring their experience and expertise in human resource development. They provide deep insights on the importance of having a clear hard competency dictionary and detailed job competency profiles in designing effective employee development programs.The event is held offline in the Jakarta area, allowing direct participation from PT KPBN employees. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) attended the event, showing its commitment to supporting the development of young leadership in the BUMN environment.In his speech, Erick Thohir, the Minister of BUMN, spoke about the acceleration of women's gender leadership in BUMNs. He said that there had been a significant increase in the number of women in leadership positions in BUMNs, reaching 22 percent.`Leadership has reached 12% of the 10% target. Therefore, I want to create a new policy. The goal is to achieve a young leadership target of 10%, which is currently only at holding level. BAPPEBTI & PT KBI Review PT KPBN Tea Auction as Part of Commodity Auction Market Preparation. The event was attended by stakeholders such as Arif Budiman as Acting Director of PT KPBN, Saidu Solihin as Business Development Director of PT KBI, Dr. Ir. Kasan, MM as Head of Bappebti, and Heryono Hadi Prasetyo, SE, MM as Head of SRG & PLK Fostering and Development Bureau. Also present were buyers of the PT KPBN Tea Auction which was the main focus of the event.
In his speech, Arif Budiman welcomed the participants and explained the purpose of the KPBN PLK which is an effort to improve transparency and efficiency in commodity trading in Indonesia. He emphasized the importance of cooperation between PT KPBN, BAPPEBTI, and PT KBI in ensuring smooth commodity auction process in the market.
In addition, Saidu Solihin highlighted the role of PT KPBN in providing an adequate platform for commodity auction activities, which is an important instrument in the commodity futures trading system. He emphasized PT KPBN's commitment to continuously improving services and infrastructure to support the growth of the commodity market in Indonesia.
Meanwhile, Dr. Ir. Kasan, MM from Bappebti expressed his appreciation for the steps taken by PT KPBN to prepare for this commodity auction market. He also emphasized Bappebti's commitment in ensuring that all commodity futures trading activities in Indonesia comply with applicable regulations.

In his speech, the Director of KPBN for the period 2021-2024, Rahmanto Amin Jatmiko, expressed his gratitude for the contribution, hard work, innovation, and cooperation that has been established so far, `This journey would not have been successful without the full support of the entire PT KPBN team. I would like to thank every individual here who has played a role in achieving the achievements of PT KPBN that we have achieved together,` said the man born in Klaten.This event began with the reading of the Shareholder Decree of PT KPBN which ratified the change of position of the Director.
