Human Resources & IT Coordination Meeting of Perkebunan Nusantara Group

The Human Resources (HR) Directorate of the Plantation Holding introduced PTPN III (Persero) Commissioner Zulkifli Zaini as the Inspiring Session, and Motivator Remaja Tampubolon as the Motivation Session at the Sharing Session.

HR and IT performance accomplishments were enlivened by the launch of the Pocket Book AKHLAK and the signing of the Joint Commitment for Strategic HR 2023. On that occasion, KPBN Business Support SEVP, Iskandar Dewantara signed the commitment.

The performance of the HR Directorate in 2023 and the following years is expected to make achievements based on 4 aspects, namely: Operational Excellence, CAPEX Excellence, Cash Cost Excellence, and Supporting Excellence
