Jakarta — The PTPN Group Legal Summit 2026 entered its second day, focusing on challenges in state-owned enterprise (BUMN) asset management, criminal law transformation, and asset security and recovery strategies within the PTPN Group.
Day 2 agenda commenced with a Keynote Speech titled "Challenges in State-Owned Enterprise Asset Management between Business Decisions and Criminal Risk," delivered by Prof. Dr. R. Narendra Jatna, S.H., LL.M., as the Junior Attorney General for Civil and State Administrative Affairs (TUN).
Subsequently, the activity continued with FGD Session 1, which addressed a similar topic and presented speakers: Robertus Bilitea, Managing Director Legal & Compliance BPI DanantaraAnas Puji Istanto, S.H., M.H., Assistant Deputy for Legislation at BP BUMN.
Entering FGD Session 2, the discussion focused on the implications of the latest regulations related to the Criminal Code (KUHP). The material "Implications of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code on the Paradigm of Criminal Responsibility and Corporate Criminal Risk" was presented by Prof. Dr. Topo Santoso, S.H., M.H., Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Indonesia and a member of the New Criminal Code Drafting Team.
The next session discussed the Implications of Law Number 20 of 2025 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) on a Modern, Humane, and Just Criminal Justice System, delivered by Dr. Febby Mutiara Nelson, S.H., M.H., Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia.
The topic of Indonesian criminal law transformation was complemented by a presentation from Asep Ridwan, S.H., M.H., AIIArb., Partner at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners, who discussed "The Impact of Indonesian Criminal Law Transformation on Corporate Criminal Responsibility and Risk, and its Mitigation."
As a conclusion to the series of discussions, FGD Session 3 raised the theme "Effective Strategies for Enhancing PTPN Group Asset Security and Recovery," featuring speakers:
