PT KPBN Affirms Commitment to Strengthening Governance at PTPN Group Legal Summit 2026

Jakarta — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) participated in the PTPN Group Legal Summit 2026 held in Jakarta on Thursday - Friday / January 22 - 23, 2026. On this occasion, the presentation of the Subsidiary company was delivered directly by the Director of PT KPBN, Mr. M. Iswan Achir, focusing on the performance evaluation for 2025 and the work program and strategic targets for 2026.

In his presentation, the Director of PT KPBN conveyed the progress in handling asset recovery and non-performing receivables (account receivable) originating from commodity trading activities since 2021. Until the end of 2025, PT KPBN continued to make various efforts to recover assets through regular collection, non-litigation cooperation with the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia (Jamdatun Kejaksaan Agung RI), as well as coordination with law enforcement officials and relevant ministries.

In addition, PT KPBN also reported on the achievement of fixed asset recovery, particularly related to official residences in Medan, Belawan, and Dumai, including asset utilization optimization and the acceleration of asset certification and security processes. In 2025, the realization of asset recovery showed positive progress compared to the set targets.
