PT KPBN Officially Launches I-Mitra to Strengthen Synergy with Exchange Partners
Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) officially launched i-Mitra, a digital platform designed to strengthen synergy and collaboration between KPBN and its business partners. The launch of i-Mitra is part of the company's strategic move to drive digital transformation and strengthen partnership governance.
The launch of i-Mitra was held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the PT KPBN Head Office, and was also attended online via Zoom. The event was attended by the Board of Management, Department Heads, General Managers, and Unit Managers of PT KPBN, as a form of management's commitment to supporting the implementation of the digital platform.
The i-Mitra platform was developed with the aim of:
1. Providing a structured, transparent, and documented partner registration process;
2. Increasing the effectiveness of selection and validation of business partner data;
3. Supporting the availability of accurate and integrated partner databases;
4. Strengthening professional and accountable partnership governance.
In his speech, the Director of PT KPBN stated that the launch of i-Mitra is part of the company's commitment to developing a digital ecosystem that is adaptive to the needs of businesses and business partners.
“Through i-Mitra, we hope that partnership relationships can be established more strongly, responsively, and mutually provide added value,” said the Director of PT KPBN.
