PT KPBN Attends PTPN III (Persero) and Baharkam Polri Cooperation Agreement Signing for Enhanced Corporate Operational Security

Jakarta – In an effort to strengthen synergy in the field of security, PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) together with the Security Maintenance Agency of the Republic of Indonesia National Police carried out the Signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) concerning Security Assistance within the Environment of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). This hybrid activity took place offline at Le Meridien Jakarta Hotel, Sasono Mulyo Ballroom 2, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No. Kav. 18–20, Central Jakarta, as well as online via Zoom Meeting on Monday, July 27, 2026, and was attended by Representatives of the Board of Directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), Sub Holding, Non-PTPN Subsidiaries, and related Officials.

On that occasion, the Director of PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN), M. Iswan Achir, was present representing the company as a form of support for strengthening security governance within the environment of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). The presence of PT KPBN reflects the company's commitment to supporting strategic collaboration between PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) and the Security Maintenance Agency of the Republic of Indonesia National Police to create a safe, orderly, and conducive work environment for the sustainability of the company's operations.

The signing of this Cooperation Agreement is expected to further strengthen coordination and synergy between PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) and the Security Maintenance Agency of the Republic of Indonesia National Police in providing security assistance for company assets, operations, and activities. Through this collaboration, it is hoped that an increasingly effective and professional security system will be created, capable of supporting the implementation of good corporate governance (Good Corporate Governance) and business sustainability within the environment of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero).
