Culture Booster PT KPBN Drives Innovation Culture Strengthening

Jakarta — PT KPBN once again held a Culture Booster activity as part of efforts to strengthen the 7 Pillars of Corporate Culture for all employees. This activity was held on Friday, January 30, 2026, at the Learning Corner Room of the Jakarta Head Office and was attended online by employees outside Jakarta via Zoom Meeting.

This event carried the theme “Innovation Culture”, featuring Hanadi Eko Fitriadi, Head of the Information Technology (IT) Subdivision of PT KPBN, as a speaker in the sharing session.

In his presentation, Hanadi Eko Fitriadi emphasized the importance of an innovation culture in facing dynamic business challenges, and encouraged employees to remain adaptive, collaborative, and open to utilizing technology in daily work processes. An innovation culture is considered one of the main keys to creating a competitive and sustainable organization.

This Culture Booster activity is mandatory for all PT KPBN employees as a form of shared commitment to internalizing corporate culture values. Through this activity, it is hoped that all KPBN personnel can further understand and consistently implement work culture values in their respective work environments.
