PT KPBN Enhances Governance Through 2026 PTPN Group Marketing Coordination Meeting

Yogyakarta — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) attended the PTPN Group Marketing Coordination Meeting (Rakor) organized by PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) on February 11–13, 2026, at LPP Garden Hotel and the Head Office of PT LPP Agro Nusantara, Yogyakarta.

This activity aimed to strengthen coordination in the marketing sector and refine marketing governance within the PTPN Group. The Rakor was attended by the Marketing Team of PTPN III (Persero), PTPN I, PTPN IV, PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara (SGN), KPBN, PT Industri Nabati Lestari (INL), as well as supply chain and logistics elements.
The agenda focused on the socialization and review of RACI for commodity and non-commodity products, as well as discussions on refining the Board of Directors' Regulations (Perdir) for Commodities and Retail Perdir through breakout room sessions. Discussions were intensive to ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms among entities in supporting the effectiveness and integration of marketing across all business lines.

Entering the second day, discussions continued on the Perdir for Non-Main Commodities and Non-Commodity Products, the refinement of the Retail Perdir, and follow-up on the results of the Marketing Governance review by the Internal Audit Unit (SPI). This session became a strategic moment to strengthen aspects of compliance, transparency, and accountability in the marketing process, while ensuring the implementation of governance aligned with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

The series of activities concluded with the signing of a commitment to achieve marketing performance targets for 2026 as a form of joint agreement in realizing more integrated, productive, and competitive marketing performance.

KPBN's participation in the PTPN Group Marketing Coordination Meeting 2026 is a manifestation of the company's commitment to supporting the refinement of marketing governance and strengthening synergy among entities to achieve sustainable performance targets and provide added value for the PTPN Group as a whole.
