Day 1 of 2026-2027 Collective Labor Agreement Negotiations: PT KPBN Affirms Commitment to Harmonious Industrial Relations

Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held a Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) negotiation activity for the 2026–2027 period on Monday–Tuesday, April 13–14, 2026, located at the Head Office of PT KPBN, Jl. Cut Meutia No. 11, Menteng, Jakarta.

This activity was attended by the Board of Management, management representatives, and representatives of the Plantation Workers' Union (SPBUN) as strategic partners of the company in building conducive industrial relations.

The event began with an opening, followed by singing the Indonesian National Anthem as a form of respect and national spirit. Subsequently, the activity featured remarks from the General Chairman of SPBUN and representatives of the Board of Management of PT KPBN, emphasizing the importance of synergy between management and employees in supporting the company's sustainability.

The series of events then continued with negotiation sessions that proceeded constructively, openly, and with a full spirit of collaboration. In this forum, both parties discussed intensively to agree on various aspects contained in the Collective Labor Agreement, while upholding the principles of fairness and balance.

This PKB negotiation serves as a strategic momentum to align the interests of management and employees, in order to create harmonious industrial relations, improve employee welfare, and support the company's performance sustainability.
