PT KPBN Hosts Nusantara Enterplanters' Character Enhancement Through Internalization and Implementation of 3on3.

Jakarta — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) held an activity on Strengthening the Characteristics of Nusantara EntrePlanters through Internalization and Implementation of 3ON3 within the company on Wednesday, February 26, 2026. This activity is part of the company's continuous efforts to build a superior work culture and strengthen adaptive, collaborative, and performance-oriented HR transformation.

This program aims to internalize the values of Nusantara EntrePlanters as the character of plantation personnel who are entrepreneurial, professional, and highly competitive. Through the implementation of the 3ON3 concept, all KPBN personnel are encouraged not only to understand company values conceptually but also to apply them concretely in daily work behavior, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration patterns.

In this activity, management conveyed the importance of aligning work culture with the direction of the Plantation Holding transformation.
