PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held a PTPN Group Culture Roadshow entitled “One PTPN One Culture” on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. This activity is part of a joint effort to realize cultural transformation within the Perkebunan Nusantara environment.

Located in the Multipurpose Hall on the 4th floor of the PT KPBN Building, Jl. Cut Meutia No. 11, Central Jakarta, the event was lively and full of enthusiasm. The event was attended by the Director of HR & General Affairs of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), Sucipto Prayitno, the PTPN III Culture Transformation Team, the Board of Management of PT KPBN, Heads of Divisions, and all employees who participated both offline and online via Zoom Meeting.

As the keynote speaker, Sucipto Prayitno conveyed the importance of aligning values and work behavior across all group entities in supporting PTPN's grand vision. He was accompanied by Iskandar Dewantara, SEVP Business Support of PT KPBN, who also emphasized the importance of cultural synergy as a foundation for corporate excellence.

The main session of the One PTPN One Culture socialization was presented by Jonev Revanches, Head of Culture Transformation Holding PTPN III, along with his team. They presented the main elements of the new culture that must be internalized by all PTPN Group personnel, including at KPBN, in order to create an organization that is adaptive, collaborative, and highly integrated.

The event also featured an interactive talk show hosted by Henry HM Prakoso, which discussed the importance of implementing a comprehensive and sustainable work culture. In this session, Henry invited all KPBN personnel to not only understand the company's cultural values, but also to embody them in their daily work behavior.

This activity marks the beginning of PT KPBN's efforts to strengthen its commitment to cultural transformation, as well as to create a healthy, inclusive, and productive work environment, in line with the strategic direction of the PTPN Group.

The event closed with a joint photo session and the giving of souvenirs, as a symbol of togetherness and renewed enthusiasm in building a superior culture within the PTPN Group.
