In order to strengthen the national sugar commodity marketing strategy, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) held a coordination meeting with PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara (SGN), and PT KPBN Niaga on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
This meeting was held as part of efforts to strengthen synergy among entities within the PTPN Group to formulate a more integrated, adaptive, and competitive sugar marketing strategy. The focus of the discussion included evaluating marketing performance from the previous period, domestic sugar market projections, distribution schemes, optimizing sales patterns, and follow-up steps to improve market absorption effectiveness.
In the discussion, participants also emphasized the importance of policy alignment between the holding company, sugar sub-holding, and marketing entities to ensure transparent, accountable, and responsive trade governance to market dynamics. Strategies for strengthening market communication and managing price fluctuation risks were also important agendas in the discussion.
Through this meeting, it is hoped that a joint commitment will be built to encourage sustainable optimization of sugar marketing, thereby supporting improved company performance while strengthening the role of PTPN Group in maintaining national sugar supply and price stability.
