PT KPBN and PEFINDO Management Meeting: Corporate Health Assessment

Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) underwent a company health level evaluation conducted by PEFINDO.

Previously, on Friday (19/6), PEFINDO, together with the management of PT KPBN, held a Management Meeting at the Learning Corner, PT KPBN Head Office, Jakarta, as part of the company health level evaluation process. The event was attended by Mr. Muhammad Zulham Rambe as SEVP Operation of PT KPBN and Mrs. Indaruwati Trivista Andarini as SEVP Business Support of PT KPBN, along with the PEFINDO team and representatives from relevant departments. This meeting served as a forum to discuss the assessment process, evaluation methodology, and various aspects that are indicators in company ranking.

The company health level assessment was carried out based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number PER-2/MBU/03/2023 concerning Governance and Significant Corporate Activities of State-Owned Enterprises. In accordance with these provisions, company health assessments must be conducted by a National Rating Agency or a National Rating Agency affiliated with an international rating institution.

From the rating results, PT KPBN is categorized at a "Healthy" company health level. This achievement reflects PT KPBN's commitment to implementing the principles of _Good Corporate Governance_ (GCG), strengthening risk management, and maintaining healthy and sustainable business fundamentals. The results of this assessment are expected to motivate the company to continuously improve the quality of governance, operational effectiveness, and overall company performance.

Going forward, PT KPBN will continue to strive to strengthen the company's competitiveness through improved governance, human resource development, and the implementation of professional, adaptive business practices focused on creating value for all stakeholders.
